By accessing or using QbitDojo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
QbitDojo provides sandboxed educational labs designed to teach AI and application security concepts in controlled environments.
You may use these labs only for lawful educational purposes. You must not use QbitDojo content, techniques, or services to perform unauthorized testing, hacking, intrusion, abuse, or disruption against real-world systems, networks, accounts, or third-party infrastructure.
Paid subscriptions are offered on the following plans:
Subscription access, billing cadence, and included features may be updated from time to time. Continued use of a paid plan after renewal means you accept the then-current pricing and offering.
We offer a 7-day refund window from the start of a paid subscription. Refund requests submitted after that period may be denied except where required by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, create security risks, engage in fraud, or otherwise harm QbitDojo, its users, or third parties.
You may stop using the platform at any time. Termination does not automatically eliminate outstanding payment obligations or remove records we are required to retain.
QbitDojo, including its labs, curriculum, content, branding, software, design, and training materials, is owned by MedaXP or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where explicitly permitted, you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative commercial offerings from the platform content.
QbitDojo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedaXP and QbitDojo are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from service interruptions, data loss, third-party failures, or misuse of training content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to contact@qbitdojo.com.
